Responsibilities

  • Prepare Invoice promptly and Follow Up/ Monitor Closely on payments
  • Responsible for Account Receivable & Account Payable
  • Handle Vendors and Payment
  • Assist in processing of General Accounts
  • Provide Administrative and Operational Supports
  • Handle Invoicing to support sales operation, working closely with sales team
  • Data entry and updating of sales reports
  • Perform invoicing, AR, AP, GL and Prepare GST to Auditor
  • Handle Vendors AP, AR reconciliation
  • Handle Payroll and simple HR Matter
  • Proficient in MS office and with knowledge of MYOB, QuickBook or other Accounting software experience is advantage
  • Good Communication Skills in English and Mandarin (Oral & Written)

Requirements

  • Min. 3 Years Admin and Accounting Experience
  • Proficient and Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • MUST BE ABLE to handle fast-paced work environment
  • You must be Motivated, Equipped with Positive Attitude at work
  • Perform your duties with Full Initiatives
  • 5-Days Week / 9am to 6.30pm
  • Next to Paya Lebar MRT Station
  • Great working environment and career progression
